She is survived by: her children, Lisa Pate, Allen Freitag (Stephanie), Tammy and Lori Frietag; and her siblings, Beulah Booth, Ruth Smith (Bob) and Carl Booth. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and two nieces and one nephew.
