She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kelch and Merle Banks Kelch; her son Jay; and her siblings, Harold Kelch (Mary), Homer Kelch (Myra), Marcella Stiefel (Ralph), Raymond Kelch (Naomi), Joan Hafer (Frank), Betty Riegle (William) and Bobby Kelch (Charlene).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Rupe; her sons, Glen Rupe (Casey) and Neil Rupe (Barb); her daughter-in-law Linda Rupe; her grandchildren, Robert Rupe (Cathy), Colleen Munro (Jan Ramage), Ginger Baum (Eric), Adam Rupe and Megan Rupe (Adam Genest); and her great grandchildren, Duncan Rupe, William Rupe (Katelyn), Michael Rupe, Emily Baum (Adam Farabaugh) and Eric Baum. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
