He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman H. Brokaw and Corella Dunn Brokaw; and his wife Ann Brokaw. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Metheny (David) of Massillon, Rick Brokaw (Deidra Abbott) of West Virginia and Charles Drennen (Karen) of Bolivar. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
