She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Betty Jean Liffick (Hill). She is survived by: her children, Rusty Halsey (Marsha), Roy Lee Halsey (Karen), Yvonne Halsey and Melissa "Missy" Moore; and her brother Cecil Liffick. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
