She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Beitzel and Connie Beitzel (McIntosh); and her brother-in-law James "Jim" Welch. She is survived by: her sister Karen Welch (Bill Cox) of New Philadelphia; her niece Amy Welch (Angela Greenlee) of New Philadelphia; and her nephew John Welch (Paul Sparano) of Uniontown.
