She was predeceased by: her parents, David McBeth and Lillie McBeth (Murray); her husband Albert Chek (Abe); her children, Dean Chek, Albert Mark Chek and Linda Wilson; and her siblings, Floyd McBeth, Roy McBeth, Doris Aldergate and Janet McBeth.
She is survived by: her children, David Chek (Kathy) of New Philadelphia, Shirley Robinson (Terry) of New Philadelphia and Doris Torgler (Rich) of New Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Michael Chek, Michelle Prosser, Sherry Miller, Jason Robinson, Daphne Chek, Matthew Torgler, Misty Margo and Jeff Swinderman. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
