He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Valentine and Martha J. Valentine (Ruffini); and his brothers-in-law, Ken Beamer, Richard Beamer Jr. (Betty), Robert Beamer (Linda), Jean Johnson (John) and Larry Bolden.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Jennifer Valentine (Scott); his sister Nancy Thompson (David); and his sisters-in-law, Rosalie Bolden and Christine Beamer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
