He is survived by: his sons, Greg Perkins of New Philadelphia and Chris Perkins (Angel) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Andy, Kyle, Kayla Perkins, Lindsay Vandyke, Blane Neighbor (Patti), Brandon and Bryce Abner; his great grandchildren, Carson, Maleah Smalley and Teagan Vandyke; his sisters, Sharon Kwitchen (Dan) of Richmond, Virginia and Joyce Riggle (Dennis) of Richmond, Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Zetta Blickensderfer (Jim) of Dennison and Esther Ivan (Chuck) of Hartville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
