He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hootman (Phillips); his daughters, Jennifer and Stephanie Hootman; his brother Phil Hootman (Valerie); and his stepchildren, Kenneth Hancock, Timothy Eberly and Tabatha Gebhart. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many friends and extended family.
