He was predeceased by: his mother Linda R. Smith Atkinson; and his pet Charlie. He is survived by: his father Robert W. Atkinson (Clara) of Dover; his daughter Gabryell Stark (Codi) of Uhrichsville; and his siblings, Perry Atkinson (Michele) of Bolivar, Cindy Swain (Rick) of Texas and Jeff Atkinson (Meghin) of Ashland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends.
