He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Rosemary Jane Rochester (Kutschinske). He is survived by: his sister Jennifer Parrish (Kenney Hibinger); his stepmother Linda Hummell Rochester; his nephews, Gabriel, Memphis and Kendall; his niece Faith; his uncle Carl James (Barbara); and his stepbrothers, Bill (Kathy) and Jim Hummell (Connie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
