He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Lorene Miller (Clark); and his siblings, William Miller and Christine Rex. He is survived by: his children, J. R. Clark (Heather), David Jones (Krissy), Cheri Creager and Angela Martin; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Nathan Hooper, Michaela, Italia Creager and Kelci Martin; his sister Wanda Furden (Dave); and his close friend Bark Lee Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many lifelong friends.
