He is survived by: his spouse Cecily Fincher (Davis); and his siblings, Beatrice McIntyre, Richard Fincher (Sharon) of New Philadelphia, Dale Fincher (Judy) of New Philadelphia and Donnie Fincher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
