She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Donna Frances McKinney (Hampton); and her sister June Ann Reese. She is survived by: her husband Richard Penrod; her daughters, Renee West (Troy) of Dover and Nicole Incarnato of Dover; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn West, Brock West, Alyssa Incarnato and Kaley Incarnato; and her sister Betty Jerski of Gibsonburg, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
