He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nicholas and Mildred Imogene Fritchley Nicholas; his former wife Sharon Ann Frederick Nicholas; and his brother Steven Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ann Swarny-Nicholas; his children, Johnnie R. Nicholas, II of Akron, OH, Cinnamon Perry of Louisville, OH, Raymond Nicholas, Barbarella Nicholas of Canton, OH, Anthony Nicholas (Palav) of Uhrichsville, OH, Cheyenne Nicholas of Sherrodsville and Alex Nicholas of Sherrodsville; his stepchildren, Timothy Frederick of Barnhill, OH, Theodore Enold of Louisville, Melissa "Missy" Enold of Louisville, Isabella Swarny of New Philadelphia and Wyatt Swarny of New Philadelphia; and his sisters, Becky Szasz (Jim) of Kissimmee, FLA and Georgia Machamer of Louisville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
