He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Alberta Margaret Hurless, Sr. (Davidson); his sister Harriett Hurless; his half-sister Norma Jean Hurless; his stepmother Dale Helvoigt; and also Thelma Czatt Hurless.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Patricia Ruth Hurless (Fralick); his children, Teresa Litty (Steve) of New Philadelphia, Dianna Saulnier (Steve) of Pensacola, Florida, Garry Owen Hurless of New Philadelphia and Wesley Allan Hurless of Midvale; his grandchildren, John Andrew Litty (Alyssa), Matthew David Litty (Bianca), Sara Marie Litty Simpson (David), Rachael Litty Tybor (Zach), Jacob Michael Saulnier, Hannah Marie Saulnier, Zachary Wyatt Hurless, John Morgan Galang Hurless, Arthur James Galang Hurless, Joshua Allan Hurless and Isaac Daniel Hurless; his great grandchild Baker Paul Litty; and his sisters, Beverly Maasz (Phillip) and Evajean Brubaker (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
