He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mack and Sarah Mack (Holland); and his sister Sharon Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mack; his daughters, Mandy Cross, Dennis "Spank" Cross of New Philadelphia, Angie Osborne and Alex Osborne of Stoney Beach, Maryland; his grandchildren, Jaide, Savannah, Addison, Bailey, John, Abigal, Olivia and Amelia; and his siblings, Bob Mack (Kathy) of Lexington, Ohio, Patti Boyd (Rick) of Caledonia and Kathy Yoha of Mansfield.
