He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bailey and Ruth Bailey (Sickles); his sisters, Bonnie Youngen and Betty West; his nephew Brad Bailey; and his sister-in-law Anna Mae Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne (Price); his children, Dan Bailey (Faith) and Ruth Immel (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jason Bailey (Jami), Derek Bailey (Christine), Lucas Bailey (Jordain), Megan Kneuss (Luke), Amanda Immel (Christian) and Victoria Knight (Dylan); and his siblings, Joanne Robinson (Jim), Linda Hochenberry (Denny), Dale Bailey and Paul Bailey (Emily).
Memorial contributions in Jack's name may be directed to the Community Hospice of New Philadelphia, Ohio where he received excellent care and love.
