He is survived by: his girlfriend LuAnn Seevers; his stepdaughters, Shannon Weaver and Tiffany Winkler; and his siblings, Bill Smith (Nancy), Charlene Gross (Tom), Helen Border (Jeff) and Sheila Bookless (Kurt). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
