He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vlad and Joan Vlad (Cree). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Van Horn; his son Brandon; his daughter-in-law Nicole Vlad; his grandson Nolan Vlad; and his sisters, Laurinda Gribble, Melanie Vlad and Valerie Mullen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
