He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Mencer of New Philadelphia; his wife Katrina Mencer (Hilbert); his children, Emerson Hilbert, Evelynne Mencer and Ellianna Mencer; his sister Tabbetha Perez (Wesley); his half-sister Mary Byrne; his nephew DeMarco Perez; and his niece Annabella Perez.
