Horn, Jr. (Melissa) of New Philadelphia and Jeff Horn (Deanna) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Jenna Horn, Brock, Brant and Brody Horn; his brother Robert Horn (Judy) of New Philadelphia; and his stepsiblings, Carole Henderson of Dover and Roger Smith of Connecticut.
