He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gilbert and Julia Rebecca Dugan (Wharton); his wife Mary Elizabeth Evans; his son Jeff Dugan; his granddaughter Julia Dugan; and his siblings, Doris Dugan, Dorothy "Boots" Eichel and Charles Dugan.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Dugan (Brenda), Kathy Mayfield (Kevin), David Dugan (Wendy) and Randy Dugan (Karla Morrison); and his daughter-in-law Becky Dugan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
