She was predeceased by: her parent Donald Birchard. She is survived by: her parent Goldie Jane Stuber (Wernke); her husband Henry Jr.; her sister Goldie Milliken; her grandchildren, Scott, Darby, Danielle, Hunter Goudy of New Philadelphia, Taryn Goudy of New Philadelphia, Hannah Goudy of New Philadelphia, Cody Miller of New Philadelphia, Jimmy Hayhurst of Tuscarawas, Michelle Hayhurst of Midvale and Justin Hayhurst of Dennison; her great grandchildren, Mylee Smith of Sylvania, Ellie Smith of Sylvania, Logan Boltz of Sylvania, Jaiden Boltz of Sylvania and Lucie Malczewski of Sylvania; her siblings, Dale, Wayne, Donald Stuber and Maxine Miller; and also, Butch Goudy (Stacy) of Dennison, Linda Goudy and Terry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews completes the family. l In addition to her parents and husband.
