It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Marie Mathias (New Philadelphia, Ohio), who passed away on August 12, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Engler and Alice M. Engler (Goudy); her husband Donald W. Mathias; her sister Phyllis Jean Whitman (Engler); her brother-in-law Tom Whitman; and her parents-in-law, Dean E. and Thelma Mathias.
She is survived by: her daughter Casey Mathias Fisher; her son-in-law Jim Fisher; her grandchildren, Amanda Stephan, Aaron Fisher, Amy Katrak, Alaina Fisher, David and Kati Fisher; her great grandchild Noah Fisher; her nieces, Vikki Whitman and Robin Brokaw; her nephew Shawn Whitman; her cousins, Pat McDowell, Carol Rabes, Pastor Bob and Ginny Mathias; her sons-in-law, Bob Laghetto and Gary Stephan; her daughter Michele Mathias Erwin; her granddaughter Nikki Laghetto; her great grandchild Kalli Laghetto; and also Bruce.
