It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W Anderson Sr. of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Shear and Mildred Shear; and his wife Susan Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Mary Slasor (Thomas) of New Philadelphia and James Anderson, Jr. of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, April Tate (Josh) of New Philadelphia and JJ Slasor of New Philadelphia; his great grandchildren, Jeremey Slasor-Watkins and Ross Slasor-Watkins; and his brother Jerry Shear (Judy) of New Philadelphia.
