He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Meuhlen and Dessie Allen Meuhlen (White); and his siblings, Nicholas Meuhlen II, Erma Korns, Carol Fisher and Dorothy Meuhlen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kandy Dulesky (Donald), Gayle A. Lemasters of New Philadelphia, Jamie Arthurs (Chris) of Dover, Sharon Wallick of New Philadelphia and Anna Marie Haakinson (Brian) of Tennessee. He is also survived by two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
