It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Gowins (New Philadelphia, Ohio), who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James M. Gowins and Edith J. Gowins; his wife Ellen Gowins; his children, Tammy Gowins and James Gowins of Smyrna Tennessee; and his sister Rebecca Vickers of New Philadelphia. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
