He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Joseph and Rose Justine Guida (Baumholtz); his sister Victoria; and his brother-in-law Michael "Pat" Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Cook; his children, Elizabeth Kirtley (Rodger) of New Philadelphia, Vic Guida (Jessica) of Charlotte, NC and Amy Heidler (Bob) of Bellbrook, OH; his grandchildren, Madeline, Sydney, Olivia Heidler, Brooks and Jeanie Huffman; and his sister Rosemarie Mills of Tuscarawas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
