We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2020, at the age of 76, James Edgar Riggs of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Edgar Riggs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edgar and Helen Jean Riggs (Snyder); and his sisters, Shirley and Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Karen Riggs (Maurer); his children, Rev. Andrew Riggs (Victoria) of New Philadelphia, Samuel Riggs (Glenna) of Winfield and Christine Grecol (Christopher) of North Canton; his grandchildren, Anna, Abigail, Samantha, Chase Riggs, Andrew, Jonathan and Elizabeth Grecol; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Delaney and Terry Maurer (Betsy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
