He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Kollar and Anna Roberts Kollar. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Bowyer; his sons, Darrin J. Kollar and Martin J. Kollar; and his grandson Codey Wood. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
