He was predeceased by: his parent Culver M.. He is survived by: his parent Pearl E. Allison Bair; his daughters, Laura M. O'Connor (James) of Solon and Julie A. Van Diest (David) of Bedford; his granddaughter Caitlin Bardos; his sister Sandy Bean of Lehi; his friend Nancy Seabrook of New Philadelphia; his wife Joan; his son Jack "Rusty" Bair Jr.; his sister Carol Farrington; and also JayJay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
