He is survived by: his parent Helen Tharp Garrett; his children, Debra Miller (Steve), Kelly Garrett (Samantha) and Henry Garrett (Vickie) of Sherrodsville; and his grandchildren, Leland, Shawn, Jeremy, Jason, Braxston, Mackenzie, Kimberly and Gracie.
