She is survived by: her children, Candie Phillips (Walfer) of New Philadelphia, George Kerns (Crystal) of New Philadelphia and Juanita Applegarth of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Jessica Phillips, Miranda Philips, Destiny Combs, Samuel Phillips, Georgina Marker, Joni Kerns, Cassandra Lopez, Helen Kerns, Corey Fisher and Tiffani Walton; her great grandchildren, Emily, Lilly, Keerstein, Elaina, Gabby, Brooklyn, Tristian, Everly, Isabella, Selena, Chyanne, Americus, Zariah and Oakland; and her sister Paulette Weeese. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
