She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Affolter and Olive Metzger Affolter; her husband Elmer Calendine; her son Jerry Calendine; and her siblings, Benny, James, Edward Affolter, Mary Calendine, Viola Bucher and June Swonger.
She is survived by: her sister Martha Dillon of New Philadelphia; and her caregiver Ron Bucher of New Philadelphia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
