It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry L. Vincent of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Sulphur, Louisiana, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramus J. Vincent and Helen Vincent (Duhon); and his siblings, Ramus Vincent, Elaine Hickson and Lenora Cain.
He is survived by: his close friend Susan Johnson; his son Garon L. Vincent; and his sister Christina Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
