She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kappeler and Nettie Helena Kappeler (Koch); her husband Owen; and her brothers, Albert and Roy Kappeler.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Ott (Rose Ann) of Sandusky, Jeffrey Ott of New Philadelphia and Greg Ott (Carol) of Sykesville, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Kelly Dewey (Pat), Nathan Ott (Emily), Aaron Ott, Anneliese Ott (Cody Haines), Ryan Ott, Viktoria Magone (Joshua) and Michael Ott.
She crocheted hundreds of doilies over the years for family and friends as well as adding edging on pillow slips and dresser scarves for charity fundraisers for her church.
