He was predeceased by: his parent Mathura Prasad; and his siblings, Saroj, Rani and Prahlad. He is survived by: his parent Shanti Devi Poddar Agarwal; his wife Sally Winter Agarwal; his children, Kamla, Mukherjee of Wisconsin, Brij Agarwal of Pennsylvania, Indu and Maya Agarwal of Oregon; his grandchildren, Rohin, Neel, May, Bridget, Patrick, Fred and India; and his siblings, Kusum Mohan, Nayantara Mohan and Hari Mohan.
