He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob George and Angeline Baker (Renner). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Baker (Wiggins); his children, Jacob Baker, Shelly Baker and Randall Powell II; his grandchildren, Chloe Foster, Brayden Powell and Alexis Powell; his great grandchild Aleynah Powell; and his siblings, Ginger Hall, Penny Cagle and Kenny Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
