Gaven J. Carlisle Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gaven J. Carlisle of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2021 at the age of 22. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gaven J. Carlisle to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kathryn Stout, Paul Heid and Thomas Carlisle; his great-grandparent Ralph Ott; his cousin Ariel Stout; and his close friend Luke Cabbage.

He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Heid Fuller (Troy Hamilton) of Port Washington and Jeff Carlisle (Nicole) of New Philadelphia; his daughter Calleigh Carlisle; his siblings, Chase, Brendan, Morgan, Lucas, Reagan Carlisle and Darron Hamilton; his grandparents, Robert, Donna Beller, James Heid and Loren Stout; his great-grandparents, Robert, Betty Andreas, Linda Ott and Dolly Heid; and also Madison Bolon. He is also survived by his aunts uncles and cousins.

For everyone's safety, because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, face masks must be worn and social distancing practiced throughout the proceedings.

Food donations may be dropped off at the Center Saturday at noon. The family has created a GoFundMe account, https://www.gofundme.com, and suggests that contributions in Gaven's memory be made there for use toward his final expenses and for his daughter, Calleigh.
