He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burkhart and Sally Burkhart (Albertson). He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Smith (Robert); his grandchildren, Aaron, Trissa and Adelyn; his children, Joshua Gibson and Amber Garmier (Dustin); his siblings, Stanley (Sherry), Paula, Patty, Walter and Timothy Burkhart (Kassandra); and his close friends, Gary Green and Susan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
