Frances Locker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Locker of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; her parents, Francis Garrett and Elizabeth Garrett (Rennicker); and her siblings, Cecil Garrett, Curtis Garrett, Viola Corpman, Orland Garrett, Thelma Menefee and Arlena Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Locker (Kim) of Dover, Thomas Locker (Vicki) of New Philadelphia and Brenda Gonda (Keith) of New Philadelphia; her grandchild Shannon Maurer (Josh); her great grandchildren, Owen, Reese, Boston and Brooklynn; her granddaughter Tiffany Winnie (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Sage, Gabe, Sammie, Arya and Sophia; her grandchild Kourtney Perkowski (Casey); her great grandchildren, Piper, Bella, Kinley and Sawyer; her grandson Kevin Locker (Jennifer); her great grandchild Olivia; her grandson David Locker (Alyssa); her great grandchild Rosie; her granddaughter Valerie Newton (Wesley); her great grandchild Thomas; her granddaughter Brittany Perkowski (Trey); her great grandchildren, Rory, McGuire, Alanna Erwin (Russ) and Kathleen Locker; her brother Charles Garrett; and also, Lily and Gianna.
The 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests are to wear a mask.
