She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hiram and Elizabeth Caroline Baker (Mohart); her husband Arthur L. "Pete" Mushrush; and her brothers, Jake Baker (Angie), Roland "Baldy" Baker (Gladys), Ike Baker (Rita) and George Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Mushrush (Randy Walters), Larry Mushrush (Gay), Richard Mushrush (Deanna) and Judy Mushrush (Steve McMillan); her grandchildren, Maggie Geisinger (Jason), Nathan Mushrush (Mandy), Ben Walters (Katie McKivergin), Peter Walters (Christy), Philip Walters, Melanie and Lauren McMillan; her great grandchildren, Ava, Ella, Brady Geisinger, Aidan, Harper Mushrush, Myles, James Martin Walters, Robby and Corby Walters; her niece Ginger Baker Hall; and her close friend Mary Bigler. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Evelyn's memory may be directed to either Emmanuel Lutheran Church or the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
