He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Wills and Beverly Joyce Wills; his brother Robert C.; his siblings-in-law, Carol Wills and D. J. Linard; and his parents-in-law, Don and Betty Linard.
He is survived by: his sister Adelia Hobart (Dave Goddard) of Dover; his sister-in-law Vickie Evans (Jeff) of New Philadelphia; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Spring, Stephen Spring, Pamela Feldeisen (Ron), Ron Beal (Teresa), David Wills (Audra), Greg Wills, Megan Evans, Christy Evans (Darrell Shafer) and Amanda Rackow (Jim). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, cousins and countless friends.
