He is survived by: his parent Gladys Winkleman Neff; his siblings, Shirley Espenschied (Johnny) of Dover and Donnie Garabrandt of New Philadelphia; his nieces, Tamara Benson (George) of Strasburg, Brendan Wiandt (Heather), Alexander Wiandt (Deidra), Jonah Wiandt (Kierstyn), Naomi Benson (Dylan Bantam), Kate Benson (David Hadley) and Nathan Benson; and also, Harvey, Logan and Marshall.
