He was predeceased by: his father Otis E. Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Sarah J. Simmons (Everett) of Sharon Valley; his children, Courtney Guspyt (Ken), Shilo Simmons (Mabel) and Kyle Simmons (Leisha); his grandchildren, Morgan Bolon (Nick), Taylor, Jordan Spillman, Kielyn, Kohen, Tanner, Everett Simmons, Easton, Payton and Camden Guspyt; his brother Gregory Simmons (Kay); his nieces, Shawnte, Channon and Shana; and his pet Sam.
