She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Adkins Jr.; her children, Michael Rankin (Patty) of Montana and Amy Treciak (William) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Brittany (Kit), Ashley (Danny), Heather, Lauren, Ethan, Sylvia and Spencer; her great grandchildren, Arya, Charlotte and Lelia; and her sisters, Lorraine and Deanna (Bryan).
