He is survived by: his wife Donna Stutzman Gardner (Evans); his children, Richard Stutzman (Debra) of Delaware and Sherry Everett (Richard) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Richard Everett, II (Jennifer) of New Philadelphia, Rachel Cannon (Tommy) of New Philadelphia, Kyle Stutzman of Steubenville and Sarah Louters (Tim) of Delaware; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Talyn, T. C. Cannon, Stella Everett, Harper, Lennox, Scarlett and Lincoln Louters; and his siblings, Kenneth, Harvey, Richard Gardner and Faye Tharp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
