He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Rostad and Adeline Schmidtke Rostad; and his granddaughter Katie Rostad. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hartrick Rostad; his children, Donald Rostad (Karen) of Wisconsin, Bonnie Kovalaski (Tim) of Clyde, Lisa Gasell of Wisconsin, Dawn Kauffman of New Philadelphia, Roger Rostad (Wendy) of Gnadenhutten, Shannon Krantz (Joe) of Delroy and Jeff Rostad (Holli) of Roswell; his siblings, Janet Corning of Wisconsin, Joann Dykstra (Al) of Wisconsin, Wanda Jones (Tom) of Wisconsin, Delores Dynes (Leo) of Wisconsin and Steven Rostad (Barbara) of Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Melissa (Tom Rostad), Michelle, Daniel (Aaron Kovalaski), Ellie (Mitchell Kauffman), Alexis Barcus, Braden (Brenlyn Rostad), Tyler (Luke Krantz) and Caden (Bryce Rostad). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
