He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wilkins and Anne Egenberger Wilkins; and his wife Nancy Wilkins. He is survived by: his son Matthew Wilkins of Idaho; his stepchildren, Kelly Argento (Matt) of New Philadelphia, Mark O'Connor (Heather) of New Philadelphia and Brent O'Connor (Dalyn) of Gnadenhutten; his stepgrandchildren, Rian, Garin, Kyle (Kara), Brennon (Allysa), Keiron, Brogan O'Connor, Cassidy Deeds (Charlie), Connor Argento (Monica) and Heather Mahaffey (Josh); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sloane Deeds, Bannon O'Connor, Aiden and Nolan Mahaffey.
